Every T-Switch ships from Westlake Village, California. Here is what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

US Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on all US orders. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited options (2-Day and Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country upon delivery.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your shipping confirmation email contains a direct tracking link. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at service@t-switch.us and we will respond within one business day.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately. We will make it right.
