T-Switch Return & Exchange Policy
Need to submit a return or exchange request? Please review the policy below carefully. You must confirm your understanding before proceeding.
We appreciate your business and are committed to making your experience as seamless as possible. Below is our clearly outlined return policy, designed to offer both flexibility and transparency.
Return Eligibility & Notification
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your shoes. If you submit your return request on the 30th day, you will have an additional 15-day grace period to ship the items back. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Return Authorization (RA#)
All returns require a valid RA# generated through your account. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. RA#s must be requested within the applicable return window.
Return Shipping
Returns are free. T-Switch provides a complementary shipping label for your convenience.
Return Conditions & Inspection
Shoes must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received. Items must include all packaging, accessories, and any included documentation. Worn, altered, or damaged items may be declined. Inspections may take up to 7 business days from receipt.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. Standard shipping costs are refundable; however, fees for expedited shipping services (such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Authorized exchanges are processed after your return passes inspection. Exchange items will ship within 1–3 business days of approval. Any difference in price must be paid prior to shipment.
Policy Abuse
T-Switch reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests deemed excessive, fraudulent, or not in good faith.
